Co-hosted by Blancpain vice president Alain Delamuraz and Blancpain North America brand manager Adam Bossi,http://www.chinwatch.co the event began with a pre-dinner cocktail hour, during which guests could take a guided tour of Eleven Madison Park’s bustling but pristinely clean kitchen, watching the food preparation staff at work under the watchful gaze of a Blancpain wall clock.
Afterward, guests were seated in a private dining room for the six-course menu, created specially by Chef Humm for the occasion. The highlight of the dinner — in which each course was paired with a specially chosen wine — was Humm’s signature dish, lavender and honey whole-roasted duck.
